This initiative aimed to provide an opportunity for applicants to obtain higher degrees and to develop graduate studies both qualitatively and quantitatively. This development was supported by the availability of a qualified teaching staff with academic titles, the establishment of specialized laboratories (e.g., computer labs), and the use of modern teaching methods in lectures.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;
