About the rehabilitation and employment unit at the College of physical education and sports sciences for girls<\/a>–University of Baghdad<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

This unit is an administrative formation established in 2015, aimed at changing societal perceptions regarding reliance on government jobs and waiting for them. It provides faster, easier, and more cost-effective methodologies for employers to find a selection of candidates for job openings, as well as for graduates seeking employment. The unit focuses on qualifying students or graduates for managing institutions and companies by organizing educational, technical, and administrative courses tailored to their specializations.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Vision of the Unit<\/strong><\/span>
\nTo develop and enhance the skills and scientific capabilities of graduating students to prepare them in accordance with the requirements of the job market, both locally and internationally.<\/span><\/h4>\n
Mission of the Unit<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe purpose of this unit in our college is to connect with our students and graduates and to qualify them by organizing workshops and educational seminars. The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit serves as a bridge between graduates and the job market, whether in the private, public, or international sectors.<\/span><\/h4>\n
Tasks and Objectives of the Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    Keeping pace with the scientific and knowledge advancements occurring at the international level.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n

    Guiding and advising students to help them recognize the importance of their chosen specializations.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n

    Following up with students after their employment to evaluate their performance and assess how well they have benefited from their specializations.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n

    Developing and implementing programs and workshops for students and graduates that align with job market requirements.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
