In accordance with directives from the University of Baghdad, the unit was established within the Dean\u2019s Office at the college. Its duties are as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

  1. \n

    Receiving citizens\u2019 requests through a special form provided by the unit.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n

    Handling citizens\u2019 complaints both in person and via the official email: hmwatnyn@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n

    Following up on requests and complaints to ensure completion within a maximum of three days, depending on the nature and content of each case.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n

    Submitting completed requests electronically via the Citizens’ Electronic Government Program at www.ca.iq<\/a>, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  5. \n

    Organizing meetings between citizens and the Dean, with appointments available throughout the week.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
