\nThe Planning, Studies, and Follow-up Department at the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences for Women<\/a>, University of Baghdad<\/a>, consists of four units as follows:<\/span><\/h4>\n

\nDatabase unit<\/span>
\nPlanning and Follow-up Unit<\/span>
\nUnit for Studies, Development, and Training<\/span>
\nIt is responsible for preparing data and information for all teachers and staff.
\n<\/span>

\nThe department aspires to be an outstanding department in the field of statistics it prepares, and to be at a high level in the speed of responding to university departments and in the accuracy of the data and statistics provided by our department.
\n<\/span>
\nDepartment message:<\/span>
\nSupporting the college and its departments in providing all the required information based on the available data concerning all faculty members and employees, creating comprehensive statistics, maintaining the confidentiality of the available information and data, and establishing a good database.
\n<\/span>
\nThe department’s tasks and objectives:<\/span>
\nWorking on updating the data of employees and teachers and working on the statistics of graduating students.<\/span>
\nAnswering the university’s statistics books for faculty, staff, and students.<\/span>
\nInteraction with the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Department to elevate the department’s level for the better.<\/span>
\nParticipation in the workshops organized by the Planning and Follow-up Department \/ University of Baghdad<\/span>
\nCompletion of the scientific, administrative, and technical structure according to the new structural program.<\/span>
\nAnnual university statistics report<\/span>
\nWorking on the periodic information update program<\/span>
\nWorking on the statistical system for higher education information specific to college staff and following up on the statistical system for higher education information specific to undergraduate and graduate students.<\/span>
