The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad witnessed the discussion of the doctoral dissertation entitled (The Effect of the Eisenkraft Model According to the NEO Personality Traits on Cognitive Representation Efficiency and Development\u00a0 of the skills of Overwhelming beating and Blocking in Volleyball for Female Students) by the student (Dania Salman Hassan), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nihad Muhammed Alwan, the Head of the Team Games Department.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to identify the personality traits of learners according to the NEO personality inventory (NEO-PI) list for the third stage female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. It also aimed to prepare a cognitive representation scale for the students and to understand the cognitive representation of information. The study also prepared educational units following the Eisenkraft model for cognitive representation efficiency, and developed the skills of overwhelming beating and blocking in volleyball.\u00a0 Furthermore, the study aimed to examine the impact on the cognitive representation efficiency and NEO personality traits in the cognitive representation efficiency in developing the skills of overwhelming beating and blocking in volleyball among the study sample.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The student concluded from her study the validity of the Cognitive Representation Efficiency Scale on the research sample for the purpose of measuring the intended objective. She noted that the Eisenkraft Model has a positive effect on the conscientiousness personality trait, as it excelled over other traits. Additionally, it has a lesser effect on the agreeableness trait compared to other variables.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The researcher recommended the necessity of using the Eisenkraft model in accordance with NEO personality traits and its compatibility with volleyball skills. It’s crucial to use the Eisenkraft model to encourage students to rely on self-activity to provide solutions to the proposed questions. It is important to implement it because it leads to the employment of group work within class boundaries, producing the best results in the educational process. The researcher emphasized the need for further studies using the Eisenkraft model on different samples and volleyball skills.<\/span><\/h4>\n

After discussing her dissertation, the committee recommended granting her a Ph.D. degree in Physical Education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
