The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad discussed the doctoral dissertation titled (The Impact of Specialized Exercises Using a Multi-Purpose Device on Some Biomechanical and Skill Abilities in Rhythmic Gymnastics for Female Students), presented by the student (Lena Safaa Ali).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to design a multi-purpose device to enhance some biomechanical and skill-related abilities in third-year female students at Al-Salam University College. Additionally, it involved developing specific exercises using the designed device to improve specific biomechanical and skill-related abilities for the effectiveness of rhythmic gymnastics for the mentioned sample of students. It included constructing a fitness test and preparing a balance test on the designed device to measure agility. The study aimed to determine the impact of these specific exercises on the designed device for enhancing some biomechanical and skill-related abilities in rhythmic gymnastics. Therefore, given the utmost importance of the university stage for female students, the study recommends implementing tailored biomechanical training programs for each sport and practical courses in the College of Physical Education and Sports. Additionally, it suggests increasing the training units in the college’s curriculum to include more than one training unit per week.<\/span><\/h4>\n
