The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Fatima Abdul Malih, supervised the master’s thesis titled “The Impact of Blending Speed Training on Key Special Abilities and Skill Performance of Under-20 Futsal Players.” This thesis was presented by the student Baneen Mukhif Hamza. The French Ambassador to Iraq, Eric Chevallier, attended the Discussion.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to develop a blend of speed training that incorporates key special abilities and skill performance for female futsal players under the age of 20, The study sought to examine the impact of blending speed training on the key special abilities and skill performance of female futsal players, The study aimed to identify the advantages of both the experimental and control groups in post-training assessments of key special abilities and skill performance among female futsal players from Al-Zawraa Football Club.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study yielded a set of results and recommendations, with the most significant one being the occurrence of positive developments as a result of using blended speed training in physical capabilities, explosive power, specialized speed, and speed endurance, Additionally, positive developments were observed in the motor skills (agility, coordination, movement precision) and the skill performance level of female futsal players under the age of 20 within the experimental group, The importance of using standardized tests (physical, motor, and skill performance) as an objective means to assess the level of female futsal players under the age of 20 cannot be overstated. It is crucial to regularly conduct these assessments at intervals to monitor the progress and development of these players, The adoption of the training program that has been developed for the purpose of training female players in Iraqi clubs and the national team is strongly recommended.<\/span><\/h4>\n
