The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, discussed the Master’s thesis titled (The Impact of Bungee Cord Exercises on Learning Freestyle Swimming Skills for Female Students), by the student Sabah Lateef Hassan.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to prepare Bungee exercises with elastic cords in a suspended position, similar to freestyle swimming, for teaching freestyle swimming skills to third-year female students at our college. It sought to investigate the impact of Bungee cord exercises using elastic cords in a suspended position on learning freestyle swimming within the research sample.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study yielded a range of results and recommendations, with one of the most significant findings being the positive impact of Bungee cord exercises on learning various freestyle swimming skills. This impact was evident in the performance and learning outcomes of the experimental group, where these exercises successfully achieved their intended goals. The study highlights the importance of incorporating modern exercises into the educational curriculum, giving them sufficient attention for their role in enhancing swimming skills. Furthermore, the possibility of applying Bungee cord exercises with elastic cords in the suspended position to different age groups and other sports has been demonstrated.<\/span><\/h4>\n
