The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls University discussed the master\u2019s thesis entitled (The effect of exercises accompanied by ultrasound waves in rehabilitating the bilateral quadriceps muscle of players with partial tear), by the student (Saba\u2019a Bassem Muhammad Ali).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to prepare rehabilitation exercises accompanied by ultrasound to rehabilitate a tear in the bilateral quadriceps muscle for players with a partial tear, as well as to identify the effect of these exercises between the pre-test and the post-test for the benefit of the post-test among the research sample.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is that rehabilitative exercises accompanied by ultrasound have a positive effect on the speedy return of injured players to the field because of its contribution to the return of the injured muscles to their normal state, as well as its contribution to reducing the degree of pain and removing it in the bilateral posterior thigh muscles, recommending the necessity of being guided by exercises. Rehabilitation and the use of measuring and testing devices that were prepared for the purpose of rehabilitating players with partial tears in the bilateral posterior thigh muscles, in addition to adopting a diagnostic medical examination when identifying the injury, continuing to perform some exercises regularly even after completing the rehabilitation curriculum in order to prevent the injury from occurring again. .<\/span><\/h4>\n

In conclusion, this study achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the three, four, and seventeen goals which are: good health, well-being, good education and stablishing partnerships to achieve the goals.<\/span><\/h4>\n
