The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, discussed the doctoral thesis entitled (Fears of self-presence and its relationship to assertive behavior and emotional self-control for ground tennis and table tennis players for the disabled), by the student (Raghda Fouad Muhammad).\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to prepare measures of self-presence fears, assertive behavior, and emotional self-control for disabled ground and table tennis players, identifying differences in the degree of self-presence fears, assertive behavior, and emotional self-control according to the variables of gender and game for the players of the above-mentioned sports, identifying the quality and strength of the relationship between all attendance fears. Self-affirmative behavior and emotional self-control for tennis and table tennis players at the International Al-Shaab Stadium.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study came out with a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is proving the validity of the measures chosen for the study for the research sample of\u00a0 table and ground tennis players. The players have an average level for the general sum of the two scales of self-presence fears and emotional control. The correlation between presence fears, assertive behavior, and emotional self-control is an inverse negative correlation. At the same time, a direct positive correlation relationship appeared between assertive behavior and emotional self-control. It was noted that there was a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variables, which indicates the presence of a significant contribution. The study recommended strengthening the relationship between players and coaches, as this helps to create mutual trust, which leads to knowing ways to necessary to overcome the difficulties faced by the male or female player in order to provide the best results, paying attention to disabled players as they are an important nucleus in the sports field, encouraging disabled players, male and female, to confront psychological pressures, regardless of their magnitude.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Ths study achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the third, fourth and tenth goals of good health and well-being, good education and reducing inequalities.<\/span><\/h4>\n
