The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, under the patronage and supervision of its Dean, Professor Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, hosted a delegation from the Department of Youth Culture and Arts from the Departments of the Commission for Human Rights, Baghdad Office, and Psychological Rehabilitation and Social Gender, Dr. Baraa Najib Al-Hadithi and Miss Ayyam Sharif, Ibrahim Hassan Ali, Taha Hamid Quad, Muhammad Muwaffaq Makki, Rana Jamal, Hassan Abdel Hadi, Ruwaid Rafid Shaker, Rahma Ali, and Samer Hafez Hamid, to hold an awareness-raising lecture for undergraduate students entitled (Extremism).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The lecture topics were delivered by members of the Commission for Human Rights, Dr. Baraa and Miss Ayam Sherif, discussing the concept of extremism in general because it has manifestations linked to\u00a0 fanaticism, its forms represented by intellectual, religious, political, and social extremism, and how women are used in extremist operations from both the positive and negative aspects. How to prevent extremist people.<\/span><\/h4>\n

At the end of the lecture, the Dean of the College, Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, honored the delegation of the Department of Youth Culture and Arts, with letters of thanks and appreciation as an appreciation to their efforts and effective contribution to spreading awareness among all segments of society to avoid the issues that have spread recently, especially after 2003, such as violence, extremism, terrorism, extortion, and other negative phenomena that have spread. It caused the destruction of youth and society.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This lecture achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the tenth goal: reducing inequalities, and the seventeenth goal: establishing partnerships to achieve the goals.<\/span><\/h4>\n
