The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad witnessed the discussion of the doctoral thesis entitled (Applications of artificial intelligence techniques to achieve competitive advantage in the sports and school activity departments in the General Directorates of Baghdad Education heading towards high performance), by the student (Aseel Hamid Obaid).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to build a measure for the applications of artificial intelligence techniques in high-performance sports institutions, departments of sports and school activities in the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate as a model, build a measure for high-performance sports organizations, in order to achieve competition in order to ensure their survival, growth and development, build a measure of competitive advantage in institutions. High-performance sports, in order to achieve competition among them, finding the relative importance of applications of artificial intelligence techniques, the relative importance of competitive advantage, and the relative importance of high-performance organizations, which must be available to human resources in the departments of sports and school activity, determining human resources trends in the departments of sports and school activity in the education directorates in Baghdad Governorate, towards the applications of artificial intelligence technologies, the competitive advantage of high-performance institutions, determining the level of correlation and influence between the applications of artificial intelligence technologies and the competitive advantage in the sports and school activity departments in the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate on the one hand, and on the other hand, determining the level of correlation and influence between the applications of artificial intelligence technologies and High Performance Enterprises.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is proving the success of the senior administrations in the sports and school activity departments in the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate, because they are able to develop new concepts and technologies for their work, including their investment in artificial intelligence applications for their major role in developing their activities and administrative units, and the existence of a direct correlation. Positive and strong with a moral significance between the dependent variable, competitive advantage, and the independent variable, applications of artificial intelligence techniques. The Pearson correlation coefficient is (91%, R=.94) and the coefficient of determination is (90%, 09=R2) this indicates that the amount of prediction of the value of the advantage is Competitiveness depends on artificial intelligence techniques, which indicates the desire of the departments of sports and school activity departments to improve their performance towards competitive advantage. The study recommends establishing an independent administrative unit in the sports and school activity departments in the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad Governorate under the name of the Artificial Intelligence Techniques Department, and it should be in the structure of the organizational mission and it defined by creating knowledge and technology and making use of them in developing all administrative work, providing its employees with all useful and new technologies and smart applications, and conducting courses and seminars on the importance of artificial intelligence in sports while encouraging researchers to be creative in the field of artificial intelligence by organizing national competitions. And working to develop sports programs by relying on artificial intelligence techniques.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This study achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education, and the ninth goal: industry, innovation, and infrastructure.<\/span><\/h4>\n
