The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad witnessed the discussion of the master\u2019s dissertation entitled (The effect of rehabilitative exercises and platelet-rich plasma in improving some of the bio motor abilities of those with simple shoulder tendonitis in Paralympic athletes), by the student (Aya Hassan Abdel Amir).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to identify the severity of injury to the tendon affected by simple inflammation in the shoulder joint in tennis, fencing, and Paralympic weightlifting players, use the platelet injection technique for those suffering from tendinitis in the shoulder joint among athletes of the above-mentioned events, and prepare rehabilitative exercises for those suffering from tendinitis in the shoulder joint after Platelet-rich plasma injections into fencing, tennis, and Paralympic weightlifting athletes, in addition to identifying the effect of rehabilitative exercises for those with arthritis after the injections were performed for the athletes of the above events.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is that the application of plasma injection sessions combined with rehabilitative exercises led to an improvement in the shoulder joint for those suffering from tendonitis for Paralympic athletes in tennis, fencing, and weightlifting events, in addition to that, these exercises reduce the intensity of pain and increase the percentage of improvement that appeared through pre, medial, and post measurements,\u00a0 recommending attention to the application of rehabilitative exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles of the shoulder joint. The use of the injection technique has proven its effectiveness in restoring the efficiency of joint tendon function and nourishing and regenerating tissues. This study is described as one of the positive steps towards the sound scientific path in developing rehabilitative exercises after plasma injection to improve bio motor abilities and speedy recovery.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This study achieves one of the goals of sustainable development, represented by the third goal: good health and well-being, and the fourth goal: good education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
