\u00a0<\/strong>The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Fatima Abd Maleh supervised a doctoral thesis titled (The effect of purposeful training according to the second effort zone in developing the most important physical, motor, and skill abilities in the basic skills challenge competition for female basketball players), by the student (Hadeer Falah Abdel-Sahib), and the discussion membership consisted of the Dean of the College of Education Physical and Sports Sciences, University of Baghdad, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, Chairman, Prof. Wasan Hanoun Ali\/Member, Asst. Prof. Yusra Hassoun Mutshar\/Member from Al-Qadisiyah University, Asst. Prof. Sahar Hur Majeed, Asst. Prof. Prof. Zainab Qahtan, members from\u00a0 our college.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to prepare purposeful training according to the second effort zone in the basic skills challenge competition for female national basketball team players, as well as identifying the effect of purposeful training according to the second effort zone in developing some physical and motor abilities in the basic skills challenge competition among female players of Al-Hulum\u00a0 Sports Academy\/ Baghdad branch\u00a0 in the closed hall of Al-Shaab stadium, showing the location of the effort area according to the lactic phosphate system called the anaerobic glycation system in reference to the fission of sugar in the absence of oxygen.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study came out with a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that adopting purposeful training according to the second effort zone works to develop the physical, motor and skill abilities of the players of the basic skills challenge competition in basketball. The study recommended the necessity of adopting purposeful training according to the second effort zone among the players of the basic skills challenge competition in basketball. Emphasizing on developing training using a variety of different tools for female players, the necessity of approving the study by the Basketball Federation, and working to spread the game inside Iraq.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This study achieves the goals of sustainable development, the third goal: good health and well-being, and the fourth goal: good education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
