Lect. Dr. Nazik Subhi Matar, a lecturer in the Individual Games Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, held a training course for primary school students entitled (Innovations and their export in the sports and physical field).<\/span><\/h4>\n

Dr. Nazik explained the concept of innovations or inventions in the sports and physical field as one of the engines that contribute to improving the performance of athletes and coaches because it gives them greater opportunities to develop their abilities and achieve successes in their fields, and this is because innovations are privileged by developing new methods and innovative technology that contribute to improving sports performance and physical fitness, including: Improving the performance experience, dealing with risks, improving technical analysis, advancing the progress of sports, developing strategic direction, adding that among the most important common innovations in the field of sports and physical fitness are performance tracking devices, smart clothing, virtual technologies and augmented reality, and biotechnology.<\/span><\/h4>\n

She pointed out the most important technological roles used in developing sports, which are improving performance, developing training methods, enhancing participation and engagement, and improving health and fitness. She also pointed out the importance of innovations and inventions used to enhance skills and sports performance through several methods, including analysis and measurement technology, virtual training technology, data technology and analysis, interactive technology and engagement.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This course achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
