\u00a0<\/strong>Psychology teachers at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, organized a training course for undergraduate students entitled (How to use audio-visual Encouraging technology in the sports field).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The teachers explained the concept of Audio-Visual Encouraging (AVE) technology, which is flash sound vibrations or light frequencies that stimulate the brain to maintain levels of attention, focus, and control levels of mental alertness during sports performance. One audio-visual encouraging session usually takes a period of between (20 – 30) minutes, and the number of its sessions is (30), and the therapeutic motivational sessions may last (12) consecutive weeks, sometimes accompanying the hardware gymnastics lessons, indicating that the device of this technology provides five special treatments, namely stimulation, meditation, brain booster, sleep, and mood booster.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This course achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
