The teacher in the team games branch\u00a0 Asst. Prof. Lisa Rustom Yaqoub, at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, conducted a scientific workshop for students entitled (Modern tactical trends in football).<\/span><\/h4>\n

Dr. Lisa confirmed that the tactical trends in football are constantly evolving through the concepts of modern play and high performance individually and collectively. There are multiple forms in attack and defense. Tactical trends are a main entrance to developing a high-level technical performance that helps the team achieve quality in play and results, classified as attack types. The rebound to the traditional counterattack, the comprehensive counterattack, the advanced counterattack, and the individual counterattack.<\/span><\/h4>\n

She explained how to build an attack from defense by pressing the ball, changing the direction of play, playing on the flanks, switching from defense to attack, advanced possession, shooting from long distances, and set pieces.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
