The lecturer in the Theoretical Sciences Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Asst. Lect. Safaa Mahmoud Al-difaai, held a training course for undergraduate students entitled (The role of strategy in developing human resources efficiency).<\/span><\/h4>\n

Mr. Al- difaai explained the difference between the concepts of strategic management and human resources, and the first means that it is the process of planning and implementing goals and procedures that aim to achieve the vision and long-term goals of the economic units, while resources represent the human element in the economic units, including all aspects related to the human element such as recruitment and performance evaluation to achieve the goals. Efficiently and effectively.<\/span><\/h4>\n

He stressed that improving the level of efficiency of human resources is achieved through appropriate recruitment and selection, training and development of employees, evaluating and enhancing performance, providing a positive work environment, teamwork, innovation, positivity, applying effective management policies and practices through participation in decision-making and equality, investing in the well-being of employees and including caring for them. Healthy and scientific.<\/span><\/h4>\n

He pointed out the most important methods for developing business strategies, including working on continuous development and updating, implementing strategies, translating plans into tangible, implementable activities, monitoring and evaluating, following up on the progress of strategy implementation and evaluating its effectiveness, interaction and education, focusing on responding to changes, and gaining experience from previous experiences.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This course achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.<\/span><\/h4>\n
