Within the framework of joint scientific and academic cooperation between the universities of the Sultanate of Oman, Sultan Qaboos University, College of Education, and the University of Baghdad, Assist. Prof. Dr. Badriya bint Khalfan bin Issa, a lecturer at Sultan Qaboos University, participated as a member of the discussion of the doctoral thesis of the student (Zahraa Zalan Mohsen)<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, chaired the discussion committee for the researcher’s thesis entitled (The effect of exercises using the fast-playing style on some motor abilities and the speed and accuracy of offensive skills for table tennis juniors).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The discussion committee also consisted of Assist. Prof. Dr. Abeer Dakhel Hatem as a supervisor, Prof. Dr. Nada Abdul Salam Sabry as a member, Dr. Liqa\u2019a Abdullah Ali as a member, Prof. Dr. Warda Ali Abbas as a member, and Assist. Prof. Dr. Badriya bint Khalfan bin Issa from Sultan Qaboos University in the Sultanate of Oman as an external member.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to design a skill test to measure the speed and accuracy of offensive skills (forehand and backhand) for table tennis juniors and to prepare exercises in a fast-play style to develop some motor abilities and the speed and accuracy of offensive skills for table tennis juniors.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The researcher concluded that the designed test proved its validity in measuring what it was intended for and that the exercises in a fast-play style worked to develop some motor abilities and the speed and accuracy of offensive skills for table tennis juniors.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The researcher recommends relying on exercises in a fast-play style and that the designed test contributed to developing some biomotor abilities and the speed and accuracy of offensive skills (forehand and backhand) for table tennis juniors.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This study achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal of quality education and the seventeenth goal of forming partnerships to achieve the goals.<\/span><\/h4>\n
