The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, under the patronage of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, and under the supervision of its official, Asst. Lect. Safiya Ihsan Kamel, hosted a lecturer from the University of Information Technology and Communications, Muhammad Hassan Al-Asadi, to hold a scientific workshop entitled (Innovation and Creativity for a Digital Future).<\/span><\/h4>\n

Professor Al-Asadi explained the difference between the concepts of innovation and creativity. Innovation is the process of creating a new idea or improving an existing idea to create a new product or service or solve a problem, while creativity represents the ability to think in new ways and produce new ideas.<\/span><\/h4>\n

He explained the importance of innovation in achieving digital transformation, which lies in growth, profitability, competitiveness and adapting to changes, recalling the role of creativity in finding innovative digital solutions such as thinking outside the box, effective solutions, and improving the user experience.<\/span><\/h4>\n

He also pointed out the most important modern technologies and their role in shaping the digital future, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data, noting at the same time the challenges and opportunities in building an innovative digital future represented in challenges, opportunities, and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Al-Asadi stressed that enhancing creativity in the digital work environment lies in creative thinking, a stimulating work environment, and the role of leadership, as well as building an environment that is enhanced by boldness, cooperation, and communication.<\/span><\/h4>\n

He added that strategies for stimulating creative thinking include continuing education, brainstorming, exploration, and research.<\/span><\/h4>\n

At the end of the workshop, the unit official awarded Mr. Al-Asadi a letter of thanks and appreciation in appreciation of his efforts and effective contribution in holding such a scientific technological workshop aimed at learning about everything new in the world of modern technologies.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, quality education, and the seventeenth goal, establishing partnerships to achieve the goals.<\/span><\/h4>\n
