Prof. Dr. Abeer Dakhel Al-Salmi, Head of the Individual Games Branch, and Prof. Dr. Aseel Jalil Kati, Head of the Evening Studies at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, participated in the 10th International Scientific Conference on Arab Women\u2019s Sports: Between Reality and Aspiration with their research paper titled: (The Effect of Specialized Exercises Using Competitive Methods on Learning the Technical Performance Level of the High Jump for Female Students).<\/span><\/h4>\n

The conference, held under the slogan \u201cTogether for the Future Development of Women\u2019s Sports Performance in the Arab World,\u201d was organized by Al-Mustaqbal University in collaboration with several local and Arab universities. A total of 80 research papers from various universities were discussed during the event.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The study aimed to develop specialized exercises incorporating competitive methods to motivate learners to push their limits, either against themselves or their peers. This approach fosters individual motivation and enhances learning enthusiasm. The research concluded that using competitive methods in specialized exercises had a positive impact on improving the technical performance of high jump skills among first-year students, Section (C), at the college.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This participation aligns with two Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).<\/span><\/h4>\n
