The Head of the Team Sports Department at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women, University of Baghdad, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nibal Kareem Abdullah presented a practical scientific lecture on scouting activities as part of the Developmental Scouting Workshop for Entrepreneurial Activities. The workshop was organized by the College of Media at the University of Baghdad, in cooperation with the Department of Student Activities. It was attended by the Head of the Scouting Activity Unit, Asst. Lect. Safia Ihsan, along with staff and faculty members from various university departments.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The workshop covered several key topics, including practical applications in scouting work, such as setting up and dismantling tents, performing various types of rope knots, and training in entrepreneurial scouting skills that help enhance participants\u2019 capabilities, teamwork, and discipline. It also included a presentation on modern methods in scouting training and how to employ entrepreneurial activities to serve the university environment and the wider community.<\/span><\/h4>\n

It is worth mentioning that this workshop is part of the University of Baghdad\u2019s scouting activities program, which aims to develop leadership skills, promote self-reliance, and encourage initiative and teamwork among the university\u2019s faculty and staff.<\/span><\/h4>\n

This workshop also supports one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) \u2014 Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.<\/span><\/h4>\n
