Professor Dr. Abeer Dakhel Hatem<\/b>, a faculty member at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls<\/b> at the University of Baghdad, chaired the ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the establishment of a Doctoral program in Physical Education and Sports Sciences<\/b> at Samarra University.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The committee conducted a field inspection of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Samarra University to closely examine the availability of essential requirements and approved standards for program establishment. The tour included an evaluation of human resources and the efficiency of the teaching staff, focusing on academic titles and the specific specializations required.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Furthermore, the inspection covered infrastructure, including classrooms, scientific laboratories, and sports fields, assessing their suitability for the research requirements of postgraduate students.
