The Department of Undergraduate Affairs in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad is one of the departments under the Students and Certifications Division at the University of Baghdad. It is administratively linked to this division and follows the directives issued to it from the aforementioned department. In the college, it is connected to the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, who, in turn, is linked to the Dean. The Registration Department is responsible for everything related to the student, from the moment of her admission and enrollment in the college until her graduation, including registration, attendance, class assignments, issuing IDs, documents of all kinds, deferments, and other matters applicable to the student during her studies.
