The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at Baghdad University witnessed a discussion of a dissertation entitled (The effect of exercises according to the indicators of the innovative device ((Triotk)) to develop some physical, motor and functional abilities of football players) by the student (Rand Issa Aboud), under the supervision of the Professor in the team games department, Prof. Dr. Suhad Qassem Saeed, and the discussion was chaired by the Dean of the College of Physical Education University of Baghdad Prof. Dr. Sabah Qasim Khalaf.
The study aimed to design the (Triotk) device, and prepare exercises according to the indicators of the Triotk device, to develop some physical, motor and functional abilities of football players, as well as to identify the effect of exercises according to the indicators of the innovative (Triotk) device to develop some of the abilities mentioned for the research sample.
The study concluded that using modern technology in training helps to improve physical, motor, and functional abilities. Therefore, the experimental group outperformed, achieving better results than the control group in all research variables, indicating the success of the training methods used.
The study recommended using the Triotk device to develop some physical, motor, and functional abilities for the research sample. It also recommended paying attention to exercises that develop the physical, motor, and functional abilities for football players, as it is the main weapon for global teams at present. Emphasis on applying the same study to other age groups and sports.
After discussing the student’s dissertation, the committee recommended awarding her a Ph.D. degree in physical education.
At the end of the discussion, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, honored the external members of the discussion committee, Prof. Dr. Sabah Qasim and Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul Razzaq Kazim from the University of Basra, with the College’s shields and letters of thanks and appreciation, in recognition of their efforts and active contribution in the student’s discussion. She wished them success and progress in serving the scientific process in Iraq.
