Members of the Maintenance Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, headed by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh launched a volunteer campaign to maintain the electric lighting poles for all the college’s corridors, in addition to increasing the number of lighting by placing high-illumination projectors in the indoor and outdoor stadium halls, college gardens and corridors, in addition to maintaining the electrical generators.

It is worth noting that maintenance and rehabilitation campaigns will continue to ensure it lasts for a longer period of operation and benefits.

For her part, the Dean of the College explained the role of women in creativity and recycling to return equipment and devices to work for the purpose of reducing economic expenses.

This campaign achieves the seventh and eighth sustainable development goals: clean, affordable energy and decent work for economic growth.
