The Scientific Committee for the Individual Games Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, was held by Prof. Dr. Huda Shihab, Prof. Dr. Israa Fouad, Prof. Dr. Zeina Abdel Salam, Asst. Prof. Abeer Dakhil, lect. Dr. Bidda’a Tariq, a workshop for teachers in scientific branches entitled (Guide to the performance evaluation file for female teachers for the year 2021/222.

The members of the Scientific Committee reviewed the main axes and their sub-indicators, the most important of which is the axis of teaching and how to fill it by the Scientific Committee, at a rate of 40%, and its sections: curricula, how to manage the classroom, blended learning, the methods used in evaluating students, and the course description and updating it. The axis of scientific and research activity is filled by the Scientific Committee and its sections. Research, supervision and participation in conferences, courses and seminars, participation in the service of institutions, ministries and society, participation in continuing education, participation in field visits, the focus of the educational aspect and other assignments, permanent and temporary committees, job commitment, methods of dealing with students and honoring guidance skills, books of thanks and appreciation, contribution to Volunteer work inside and outside the university, strengths and weaknesses, and the focus of punishments.

This workshop achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal:  education quality.
