The head of the team games branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Nihad Muhammad Alwan, in cooperation with the doctor at the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development at the Ministry of Interior, Ahmed Alwan Taqi, organized a scientific lecture entitled (Soft Skills and Entrepreneurship).

Dr. Ahmed reviewed the personal skills represented by communication skills, time management, body language, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence,. He explains the concept of thinking skills, which come in different proportions depending on the state of a person’s thinking, whether while sleeping, eating, driving a car, at home, drinking tea and coffee, reading, or jogging, in addition to a review. Life skills, which include etiquette, family communication, marriage, motivation, academic excellence, and household budgeting.

He also explained the most important skills in leadership and administrative development, which are transformational, situational, challenging, adaptive, crisis, and inspirational leadership, negotiation, dealing with work pressures, administrative corruption, finance, and job satisfaction.

This lecture achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.
