A teacher in the theoretical sciences branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad Asst. Prof. Warda Ali Abbas, a scientific symposium entitled (Building cognitive tests in the sports field).
Dr. Warda explained that cognitive testing is defined as the information, knowledge, and skills that the student acquires as a result of the educational process, the most important components of which are academic achievement, the process of organizing information through the teacher, and cognitive tests that reveal the access of information to the student in order to build a cognitive achievement test.
She also pointed out the most important steps that must be followed when constructing cognitive tests, including: defining the scientific material, defining the areas of the cognitive test, formulating behavioral objectives, preparing a table of specifications, formulating test items, preparing test instructions, exploratory education, correcting the test, and applying the test to the construction sample, and Finding scientific foundations for testing.
This symposium achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.
