The Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, headed by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, accompanied by the teaching staff and female employees, stood in support of Palestinian women.

The protest began with the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah, out of mercy for the souls of the innocent martyrs, and to pray for the speedy recovery of the wounded and injured. After that, the Dean of the College gave a speech in which she affirmed the support of our Iraqi people for the Palestinian people demanding freedom and independence, explaining the role that the Palestinian woman played with her ability on the battlefields, by aiding the injured, to obtain martyrdom under the rubble in her home. We stand today to support her morally until they achieve their rights and liberate their land from angry people.

This stance achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the sixteenth goal: peace, justice, and strong institutions
