A lecturer in the theoretical sciences branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Najla Abbas Al-Zuhairi, discussed her tagged research (Level of professional pressures during the use of e-learning teaching method among teachers of the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Baghdad) published in the European American Journal of Sports Sciences in 2022.
The research study aimed to identify the reality of the level of professional stress during the use of e-learning among teachers of the Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Baghdad, using the descriptive approach in the survey style on a sample of 120 faculty members in the Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the universities of Baghdad Governorate, Al-Jadriyah, Baghdad For girls, Al-Mustansiriya University, the results of the research showed that faculty members in the colleges mentioned above have a high level of professional pressure, with an increased level of unwanted pressure on relationships and communication with faculty members and students. Likewise, faculty members in the colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciencesq have an undesirable level of professional pressure and a high level of stress when they use the e-learning method in teaching, recommending that universities and colleges should be careful, when organizing the schedule and tasks assigned to faculty members who teach their students via the Internet, to reduce the burdens that lead to increased pressure. Professionalism, as this has a negative impact on them.
This research achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.
