The lecturer in the Theoretical Sciences Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Asst. Lect. Safaa Mahmoud Al-difaai, held a training course for undergraduate students entitled (The role of strategy in developing human resources efficiency).

He pointed out the most important methods for developing business strategies, including working on continuous development and updating, implementing strategies, translating plans into tangible, implementable activities, monitoring and evaluating, following up on the progress of strategy implementation and evaluating its effectiveness, interaction and education, focusing on responding to changes, and gaining experience from previous experiences.
