It arises as a result of fatigue, exhaustion, or tiring bad habits in the body, such as sitting and various daily activities, and sometimes it is acute and chronic, hinders the sufferer from working directly, and may turn into chronic pain in the event of not receiving appropriate treatment for the injury, indicating that a lower back injury is included among the injuries that occur as a result of mechanical causes, the most important of which is physical work that requires strenuous physical effort, work. In a certain position and for a long period, work that requires repeated bending and twisting, carrying heavy objects, especially if done incorrectly, maintaining an incorrect position for a long time, stressing that among the most important things that must be avoided to avoid back pain are soft chairs, folding chairs, deep chairs and very high and low chairs.
