The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, hosted the Head of the Voluntary Organizations and Teams Department at the General Directorate for Combating Intellectual Terrorism, Ms. Aya Al-Saadi, to hold an awareness-raising scientific symposium for undergraduate students entitled (The Role of Women in Promoting Intellectual Security).

Al-Saadi reviewed the most important topics covered in the symposium, the concept of intellectual security and what its goals are, what intellectual immunity is, how to protect women intellectually, the importance of women’s role in achieving intellectual security, the concept of intellectual invasion and how to confront it.

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education, and the seventeenth goal: establishing partnerships to achieve the goals.
