The results of the study found that there is a positive correlation with morally significant expulsive correlation in positive direction between the two independent variables (administrative leadership and organizational flexibility) and the dependent variable (the quality of the educational environment for the physical education lesson), recommending that greater importance be given by the senior administrations in Al- Karkh education directorates to developing the level schools headmasters and provide moral and material incentives to those with creative and encouraging ideas.
