Within the framework of strengthening social and sports relations between the colleges of the University of Baghdad, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls organized a friendly football match between its employees and the employees of the College of Arts as part of the activities of the Leadership Week held by the college in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit.

The match, held on Wednesday, 12/4/2024, showcased a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere that reflected the spirit of fellowship and cooperation between the employees of the two colleges. It contributed to building peace and combating extremist thoughts. The participants demonstrated exceptional athletic performance and enthusiasm, creating fun and positive interaction throughout the event. The match concluded with the victory of the College of Arts over our college team. In turn, the participants and attendees praised the good organization of this event, which provided an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of friendship and build strong relationships between the university employees.

The Deanship of the College confirmed that these activities come within the college’s plan to activate the social and cultural role of sports, noting that organizing such matches aims to spread the values ​​of cooperation and teamwork between colleges.
