The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, held a training course entitled (Using Microsoft Access in Designing a Database for Iraqi National Team Players), the member of the Theoretical Sciences Department, Asst. Lect. Rasha Majid Hassoun presented it.
Mrs. Rasha classified the Access program sections into tables, queries, forms, and reports, reviewing how to enter the system through the Start menu, selecting the program, and creating and configuring a new database; then the elements configuration window appears.
She explained the most important elements of the system represented by how tables work in the design method and how to link it to another table, in addition to the method of working (Query), explaining how to create a database in the Access program for football players in terms of the sequence, player name, date of birth, residence and phone number, as well as creating a table on how to calculate players’ wages also through his sequence, name, player position, salary, and evaluation.
This course achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, quality education.
