Three students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, won second place out of eight competing universities in the first forum for outstanding students, which was organized by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal Private University under the patronage of its President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. It is worth noting that Prof. Dr. Nour Hatem Haddad, a member of the Department of Theoretical Sciences, led our college team.
The competition focused on directing questions to six diverse specializations in sports training, movement sciences, and health sciences, including physiology, anatomy, rehabilitation, sports for people with special needs, measurement and evaluation.
The competition was represented by following the individual elimination system through three rounds for students (A, A-B, B) in the event of a win between them, the match is decided, and adding team (C, C) in the event of a tie between teams (A, B), as questions were directed to the participating teams with (600) questions using artificial intelligence technology and the answer to them is within (30 seconds) true or false. This competition achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, education, and the seventeenth goal, forming partnerships to achieve the goals.
