About the division
The Legal Division is part of the organizational and administrative structure of the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences for Women, University of Baghdad. It has specific duties outlined by law, both internal and external. It is administratively linked to the Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs. The legal unit serves as a safeguard within the college to ensure adherence to legal procedures in all actions taken.
Duties of the legal division :
Expressing opinions and legal advice and answering all inquiries and legal consultations received by the Deanship of the faculty, departments, divisions and other administrative units .
Formation of investigative and audit committees and student discipline committees at the college .
Representing the college before the judicial courts and all departments and institutions of the state .
Drafting, organizing and approving contracts, pledges and guarantees .
