About the human rights unit The human rights unit at the college is concerned with spreading the culture of rights and duties and consolidating the values of justice and equality within the university environment.the unit is working on holding awareness workshops and lectures to enhance awareness of human rights issues. it also follows up on the application of human rights standards in academic and administrative aspects. it aims to prepare students who are aware of their rights and are able to respect therights of others.

Vision
The human rights unit seeks to consolidate the culture of human rights in the university community, promote the values of justice, equality and tolerance, and contribute to building an academic community aware of its rights, committed to its humanitarian and legal duties.
The message
The unit works to spread awareness of human rights through academic, educational and research activities, and activate the principle of community partnership, in a way that promotes respect for human dignity, and supports the principles of international human rights law.
Objectives
1. spreading the culture of human rights among students, faculty and staff.
2. an institutional awareness based on the principles of equality and social justice.
3. support academic and research programs that deal with human rights issues.
4. strengthening partnerships between the college and relevant civil society organizations.
5. encourage student initiatives and volunteer activities of a humanitarian nature.
