A Brief Overview
The Graduate Studies program at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls – University of Baghdad was established in 1995-1996, initially accepting seven master’s students. This program aimed to provide opportunities for women to pursue higher degrees and has since grown in quality and scale, with qualified faculty, specialized labs (e.g., computer labs), and modern teaching methods.

To prepare qualified scientific leaders in physical education and sports, capable of meeting the demands of the local, regional, and global labor market, and to promote research that serves the community in areas such as sports education, training, injury rehabilitation, and sports management.
