The unit focuses on qualifying students or graduates for managing institutions and companies by organizing educational, technical, and administrative courses tailored to their specializations.

Vision of the Unit
To develop and enhance the skills and scientific capabilities of graduating students to prepare them in accordance with the requirements of the job market, both locally and internationally.

Mission of the Unit
The purpose of this unit in our college is to connect with our students and graduates and to qualify them by organizing workshops and educational seminars. The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit serves as a bridge between graduates and the job market, whether in the private, public, or international sectors.

Tasks and Objectives of the Unit

  1. Keeping pace with the scientific and knowledge advancements occurring at the international level.

  2. Guiding and advising students to help them recognize the importance of their chosen specializations.

  3. Following up with students after their employment to evaluate their performance and assess how well they have benefited from their specializations.

  4. Developing and implementing programs and workshops for students and graduates that align with job market requirements.

  5. Conducting a study on the curricula that students follow during their studies to develop them and ensure they are suitable for the job market.

  6. Preparing qualification programs and courses to teach students how to write resumes, conduct personal interviews, and familiarize them with commonly used English terminology.

  7. Introducing students to the world of the job market.

  8. Collaborating with specialists in developing programs related to the job market.

  9. Practicing operational and specialized marketing within the institution.
