The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls – University of Baghdad, headed by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Suhad Haseeb, the Cultural Relations Officer, Prof. Dr. Intisar Awaid Ali, and the Media and Public Relations Unit Officer, Assistant Lecturer Ibtihal Jassim, organized an entertaining religious visit for a group of teachers, employees, and postgraduate doctoral students to the shrine. They were received by the Head of the Religious Affairs Department of the Al-Askari Shrine, Sheikh Abd al-Ghaffar al-Maliki, and the Head of the Planning and Follow-up Department, Mr. Ahmed Rashid. And Sheikh Al-Maliki delivered a religious lecture on (how to communicate with the Messenger and his pure family, peace be upon them), reviewing during his religious lecture the privacy of the holy shrines in Iraq and the role they have on the members of our society, each according to his faith, belief and adherence to religious principles and rituals, as well as the life of the two imams Al-Hadi and Al-Askari ( peace be upon them). As well as the role of Muslim women in their era and the great role played by Mrs. Narjis (peace be upon her). After that, the ceremonies of visiting the Imams Ali Al-Hadi, Hassan Al-Askari and Al-Sayyid Muhammad, peace be upon them, were performed, and the antiquities of Al-Malawiya were visited. At the end of the visit program, Sheikh Al-Maliki granted the Imam Stone a gift to the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Suhad Haseeb, and in turn, Dr. Suhad gave Sheikh Al-Maliki the shield of the college in gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the shrine in the warm reception, wishing them success in serving our beloved country.
