The head of the Team Games Branch in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Nihad Muhammad Alwan, in cooperation and coordination with professors from the Arab Republic of Egypt, both Prof. Dr. Marwa Youssef Muhammad and Dr. Amani Refaat Bassiouni, organized an electronic lecture on postgraduate students studies entitled (Teaching System Components and Skills).

Dr. Nihad, Dr. Amani, and Dr. Marwa explained the concept of the teaching system as an integrated group of human and material elements that perform specific functions, linked by mutual relationships aimed at achieving teaching goals effectively, and its components include inputs, processes, and outputs, explaining the concept of teaching skill as a group of teaching behaviors that the teacher shows in his educational activity aim to achieve certain goals. These behaviors appear through the teaching practices of the teacher in the form of emotional, motor or verbal responses that are characterized by elements of accuracy and speed in performance and adaptation to the conditions of the teaching situation. Among its characteristics are the ability to generalize, learn, change, interact and differ in how to perform.

They also reviewed the most important teaching skills represented by the skill of planning the lesson, the skill of implementing the lesson, and the skill of evaluation.
