The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls – University of Baghdad, received Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Malih, Chairman of the Iraqi Universities Championship Competitions Committee, Dr. Hatem Abboud Muhaisin, where the two sides discussed the possibility of our college teams participating in basketball, football and volleyball in the championships that will be held in Anbar Governorate on a playground Habbaniyah, on Saturday (12/11/2022) for a period of four days, with the participation of twelve universities from various universities in Iraq.
For her part, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdel Maleh, expressed her continued support for women’s sports, noting the most prominent and most important tournaments that was held.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Hatem Abboud praised the hospitality and reception by the faculty and its deanship, thanking the support of the college and its contribution to scientific and sports achievements with the relevant authorities, wishing success for the dean of the college and her teaching staff in raising the reality of women’s sports in Iraq.
