The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad discussed the doctoral dissertation titled (Specialized Exercises in the Station-Based Training Method and Their Impact on Some Physical and Motor Abilities and Offensive Skills of Female Basketball Players under 18 Years Old) by the student Hanin Safaa Salman.

The study aimed to design tests for female basketball players under 18 years old in the following areas(Jump shooting, reception followed by peaceful shooting, free throw shooting, and agility), Preparation of a statistical sheet specific to 3-on-3 basketball, development of specialized exercises in the station-based training method for enhancing certain physical and motor abilities, as well as offensive skills for players under the age of 18, , to investigate their influence on improving the overall performance level of female 3-on-3 basketball players under 18 years old.

The study produced a range of findings and recommendations, with one of the most significant being the contribution of integrated station-based exercises in developing explosive strength, unique power endurance, speed, and agility for both the legs and arms, Furthermore, it contributed to improving performance endurance, speed, and agility, as well as fostering interaction, harmony, and high motivation among female 3-on-3 basketball players under 18 years old, thanks to the diversity and interplay introduced by the exercises, Therefore, the study strongly recommends considering scientific principles when designing and preparing station-based exercises, taking into account factors like intensity, volume, and rest intervals due to their significant impact on the development of functional, skill-based, and physical capabilities. Additionally, it suggests the utilization of a variety of Read & React exercises tailored to the strategic requirements and playing style specific to 3-on-3 basketball, which effectively contribute to enhancing the overall performance level of the players, The study underscores the importance of dedicated coaches focusing on the use of skill and physical exercises to develop playing style and strategic aspects in their training sessions for 3-on-3 basketball players.

In conclusion, this study successfully aligns with the goals of sustainable development, including promoting good health, well-being, quality education, and fostering partnerships to achieve these objectives.
