The new academic year for postgraduate students officially commenced at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women—University of Baghdad on Monday, September 1, 2025, per the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research academic calendar. The start of the year came in an atmosphere of dedication and enthusiasm, following the completion of all administrative and educational procedures, including the announcement of final admission results and the verification of new students’ files.

On this occasion, the College dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Malih, congratulated the students on their first day of attendance. She emphasized the importance of adhering to academic regulations and maintaining continuous communication with professors and supervisors to achieve the best outcomes. She also stressed that the Dean’s Office is always open to provide support and address any challenges the students may face.
