A teacher at the Individual Games Branch in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Mona Talib Al-Badri, gave a qualitative lecture for undergraduate students, entitled (Positivity in Behavior).
Dr. Al-Badri explained the concept of positive behavior as a person’s feeling of satisfaction and acceptance of anything, adding that its aim is to defend the ideas and feelings that he possesses and his personal rights as well, where the positive person must enjoy confidence and avoid feelings of guilt or anxiety, and work on the principle Respect, and that he has the ability to take responsibility for his choices and actions and not depend on the opinions of others.
Its types were also categorized into innate positive behavior, which is automatically generated by a person in the situations he encounters in his life, and acquired positive behavior, which represents the behavior that a person used to do as a result of a specific action, such as trying to save a person from danger, and at the same time referring to its three dimensions represented by the psychological and social dimension. And practical.
The lecture concluded by recommending to the students optimism, self-confidence, and striving to achieve ambition and success in all areas of life, whether personal, scientific or professional.
