As the members of the committee explained the latest recent amendments in the volleyball law in terms of dimensions, so that the new amendment is that the free zone measures no less than (5) meters from the side lines and (6.5) meters from the end lines, as well as modifying the playing field with different colors between each the front and back area, in addition to the warm-up area being behind the team seats in the event that the cabin is more than (2.5 m) above the field, canceling the penalty area completely, and the lighting intensity must not be less than (300) lux in local competitions and ( 200) In competitions of the International Federation, and that the purpose of the net is one meter or _ 3 cm, the adoption of the five-ball system, the possibility of the free player (the libero) being the head of the team or half, as well as his ability to wear a different uniform, the obligation to use the medical compressor of black or white color Or neutral colors, provided that all the players used are wearing the same color, completely canceling the technical time-out, the possibility of replacing the expelled player with an exceptional player, the coach has the right to move from the offensive line to the end of the field, provided that the line referees are not obstructed, each player must be on the right or left side equal to at least one foot closer to the sideline, saves allowed within the opponent’s field at the same time as or after the opponent’s attack kick, the ball may be recovered from behind his or her free zone and over the scoring table at its full length, the referees may decide to foul touching the net either from one side The attacker or from the side of the block, and not only from both sides, the coach does not need a hand signal tool except in the case of substitution at the time of injury or before the start of the half, the two teams do not change their stadium from the beginning to the end, the presence of ball catchers is eliminated.
The members of the scientific committee also classified the arbitration panel with the new amendment into the first and second referee, the challenge, the reserve, four two, and the line observers.
