The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad witnessed today, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the launch of the competitive examinations for female applicants targeting postgraduate studies (Master’s and Doctorate) for the academic year 2026-2027.

On this occasion, an inspection tour was conducted to monitor the progress of the examination process. The Vice President of the University of Baghdad for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, inspected the examination halls to review the level of organization and the provision of an appropriate environment for the female applicants. He was accompanied by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, and the Associate Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Suhad Haseeb Abdul Hamid.

During his inspection tour, Professor Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah praised the high level of organization and the efforts exerted by the college deanship in preparing the examination halls and providing a suitable and comfortable environment for the female applicants, commending the accuracy of the procedures followed to ensure that the examinations proceed with complete smoothness.

Dr. Suhail was also keen to inquire about the nature and diversity of the questions, and the extent of their comprehensiveness regarding the prescribed scientific curricula, emphasizing the importance of adopting scientific rigor criteria in formulating questions to ensure the selection of scientific competencies capable of pursuing their academic journey with distinction.
